Shipping & Returns / Order Processing & Delivery Expectations
Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time will vary.
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

Average order processing time - Plate Stickers - Usually ship within 1-2 Business days

Delivery Method
Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
Expedited Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing
NOTE: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. For example, if your processing time is 1-2 business days and you pick Expedited delivery, you should expect to receive your order in 4-6 business days.

International Shipping
Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.
Returns
What if I just don't like it?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the customized products we create, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Damages
if your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition and the damage can be captured with a photograph, then you do not need to return it. Just take a picture of the damage (both print and shipping envelope if applicable). Contact us, include your order # and email address and attach the pictures to our email form. Please tell us if you would like a refund or replacement item sent. This saves you the headache of having to send the product back.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
